SalaryWe are seeking a part time PCA for a wonderful lady with Cerebral Palsy who lives independently in her own apartment in downtown Mankato with her 2 cats.
This position requires both morning and evening shifts. 20 to 22 hours per week total
Shifts are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday morning shift from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and every other weekend ( March 23rd & 24th, April 6th & 7th and so on) from 3 PM to 11 PM.
Duties include assistance with getting up for the day and going to bed at night. Assistance with dressing and undressing, assistance with medication, assistance with eating, light food prep and light cleaning.
This is a relaxed work environment with plenty of downtime as companionship is a big part of this PCA position.
We are flexible and can help accommodate schedules
We do not have holiday requirements
We have a set of very experienced staff and will train and be present when needed until everyone is comfortable.
In January 2025 the wage will go to $20.00 per hour base with higher rates for PCA's with more hours worked in the PCA choice program.
