SalaryLooking for 2 to 3 overnight staff to split every night to help a middle-aged female with a spinal cord injury quadriplegic to live independently in her home. Hours typical would be 10pm to 8am pay $ 19 to 23 /hr through MRCI in Mankato.
For every 30 hours worked you obtain 1 hour PTO.
Must be:
-Reliable and show up or trade a shift, work weekend and holiday type
-Physically strong to perform cares by lift, boost, bending
-Good personality and communication skills
-Pass a backgroundcheck and work through an agency.
-Willing and able to perform toiletries care especially catherization and if needed bowel program
-Be quiet as client sleeps and light sleeper if you fall asleep during shift since client needs assistance during the night.
-Be Pet friendly and able to help care for them too
