Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide support for a busy professional.
Duties:
-Sort, classify and draft email -Manage calendars and schedule appointments -Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry -Handle phone calls and correspondence -Conduct research and compile information as needed
-Assist with personal errands as required
Requirements:
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word)
-Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role is preferred
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
