As the Personal Assistant to the CEO of the most prestigious med spa in the country, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in all aspects of their day-to-day activities and ensuring the efficient operation of the med spa. This high-profile position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks with precision and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and events, considering priorities and time constraints.
Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-informed and adequately prepared.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications (email, calls, etc.) and draft responses on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
Keep track of key deadlines and follow up on important issues, ensuring the CEO is proactively informed.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries, to facilitate the CEO's business commitments.
Ensure all travel plans are seamless, and necessary documentation is provided.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Protect the CEO's private information and maintain the confidentiality of the med spa's sensitive data.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, proofreading, and formatting.
Assist with data analysis, report preparation, and presentations to support decision-making processes.
Event Coordination: Coordinate and organize corporate events, conferences, and special occasions hosted or attended by the CEO.
Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
Communication Liaison: Act as a communication liaison between the CEO and various internal departments, external partners, and clients.
Relay messages accurately and in a timely manner.
Project Management: Assist the CEO in overseeing special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Provide progress reports and updates on project statuses.
Personal Errands: Occasionally assist the CEO with personal tasks and errands to help manage their work-life balance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $31.00 per hour
