Personal Assistant

```Overview:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing calendars, booking flights, arranging mail, run errands, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

```Duties:```
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

• Run personal errands
• Tracking Insurance Policies, etc
• Paying invoices/bills
• Getting car washed (at owners home)
• Coordinate House projects (pressure wash, issue with an appliance, etc)

- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with email management and correspondence

```Skills:```
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Experience working as an office clerk or in an administrative role
- Ability to communicate effectively
- High attention to detail

-Ability to operate on tight deadlines
