House Manager + Personal Assistant Role
Job Description
The Personal Assistant will work side by side with the CEOs in providing a high level of support. These tasks may include but are not limited to managing their calendar, organization in both home and business, and making sure that the CEOs are set up for success. Time management, extreme organizational skills, and being self-starter are key traits that one must possess in order to be successful in this role.
* We have two well behaved, highly trained dogs who are hypoallergenic. If you do not like dogs, do not apply for this position.
House Manager Job Functions:
● Shopping for groceries, supplies, and other requested items and stocking/organizing them
● Dropping off/picking up dry cleaning
● Laundry and steaming/ironing of clothes
● Keep things within the home running smoothly
● Driving employers to and from in-state business trips
● Tidying common areas
● Picking up after dogs
● Brushing dogs
● Running errands
● Maintaining cars (refueling, taking to car wash for interior and exterior, restocking
Shelby’s snacks for medical emergencies)
● Sending holiday cards, invitations to events and thank you notes
● Assist with meal planning and preparation
● Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
● Scheduling all travel plans/arrangements
● Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project
● Light housekeeping duties
● Pack/unpack daily activity and travel bags
● Communicating directly with cleaner, handyman, deliveries and any other service provider that may enter the home as if you are Rich and Shelby
Personal Assistant Job Functions
● Provide administrative assistance to the CEOs
● Maintain accurate and detailed records within Honeybook CRM
● Schedule all meetings on a digital calendar
● Organize emails and file them to their respective categories
● Send reminders for important appointments or tasks needing to be completed
● Owning the ins and outs of the CEO’s calendar to make sure it is comprehensive
● Connect with CEO weekly to discuss any and all updated information
● Be the liaison between CEO and clients, vendors, and all important contacts
● Keep CEO up to date about all business needs, happenings, and future projects
● Schedule and organize planning calls, timeline calls, and any organized virtual meeting time with each client
● Assist each client/couple in ensuring they are providing key information in a timely manner
● Day of coordination for elopements; on-site
Job Requirements
● Duties will mostly pertain to the care and upkeep of the home, at this time. Daily tasks will include: unloading and reloading the dishwasher, keeping things tidy, lighthousekeeping, general organizing, laundry, meal preparation, running errands, brushing and picking up after dogs, refilling water and snack locations, etc.
● Driving will be required in personal vehicle and employer’s car.
● Self starter; must be able to think futuristically
● Problem solving abilities
● Must be proficient in typing, managing google calendars, and time management
● Must be able to adapt quickly to change
● HoneyBook knowledge or use of a CRM platform is strongly desired
● Ability to be on location for a majority of the elopements
Compensation
This is a W-2 salary position that ranges from 30-45k/year based on experience.

Workflow
This is both an in-person and virtual role. Generally, in-person hours will make up around 24-30 hours a week and virtual hours will generally make up 4-10 hours a week. A typical work week will consist of a minimum of 30 hours a week and may exceed 35 hours in peak wedding season (Sept-Oct and March-April). Taking time off during peak season(s) is highly discouraged; however, PTO is unlimited between June-August. You will also have all major holidays as PTO days.
NDA: Upon acceptance, employee will be required to sign a NDA.

Pay: $33,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
