The Permitting Coordinator is in charge of pulling permits from various cities and counties in a timely fashion, to ensure we are in compliance and can get the work done for our customers on schedule. Also included in this position are various administrative duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pulling permits
- Getting all needed paperwork notarized as needed
- Ensuring all permits are on site
- Scheduling inspections between customers and inspectors
- Follow up and closing permits
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Can work and excel in a fast paced environment
- Works well with others
- Administrative Duties
Requirements:
The candidate should have the ability to learn our processes, programs quickly and apply new procedures as needed. Be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment and roll with it.
The candidate should have excellent communication, organizational skills and adminitrative skills.
Experience in pulling permits a plus but not required as we will train you.
Base salary commensurate with experience and market value. Plenty of room for growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
