Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our organization by assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
Coordinate the process of obtaining permits required for solar projects, including building permits, electrical
permits, zoning permits, and environmental permits promptly.
Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations about solar energy projects and ensure that all permit
applications comply with relevant requirements.
Prepare and organize permit applications, drawings, specifications, and other required documentation for
submission to regulatory authorities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with government agencies, inspectors, and other
external stakeholders regarding permit applications and approvals. Ensuring continual communication of the
progress of the permit submittal and approval process.
Work closely with project managers, the sales team, and installation teams to gather necessary information
and address any issues related to permit requirements.
Develop and maintain a schedule for permit acquisition activities to ensure that permits are obtained promptly
to meet project deadlines.
Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the permit acquisition process, such as
missing documentation or regulatory challenges.
Review permit approvals and ensure that all conditions and requirements are met before proceeding with
project implementation.
Maintain accurate records of permit applications, approvals, and correspondence for future reference and
compliance purposes.
Stay updated on best practices and industry trends related to permit acquisition and suggest process
improvements to streamline the permitting process.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
Previous experience in permit coordination, project management, or a related field, preferably in the solar
energy industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and permitting processes related to construction projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required for the position.
