Gannage Design and Construction, a prominent builder in the Central Coast market, is looking for a part-time Draftsperson/ Permit Coordinator. Join our dynamic, hard-working team where your role will be crucial in streamlining our construction projects and ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulations.

Your Role:

• Manage and oversee the entire permit process for residential construction projects including corrections.
• Liaise with local government agencies to ensure timely issuance of permits.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to compile necessary documentation.

We Require:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting, with a focus on residential projects
• Proficiency and minimum 2 years of proven experience in Chief Architect.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and permit processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with government officials and project teams.
• An impressive portfolio that showcases your skill and experience in architectural drafting.
• A degree or certificate in Architectural Drafting, Design, or a related field.
