Our company is seeking a Payroll/Data Entry Clerk who is responsible for managing payroll for temporary employees, recording man hours for the daily temp labor, providing reconciliation of temp agency staff ticket to daily sign-in and attendance sheets final tally to Temp Manager, data entry of production accounts and hours of the department into Technique and management reports.
Responsibilities
- Managed payroll for temporary employees.
- Entered production counts for multiple departments.
- Worked with multiple temporary agencies.
- Screened invoices.
- Managed missing hours for temporary employees.
- Entered new employees into Palocity and gave out punch numbers.
- Maintains daily tally sheet of labor hours for temporary labor.
- Provide reconciliation daily of tally sheet to temp agency staff ticket, attendance sheets, and signing sheets.
- Report weekly tally to Temp Manager and then procure sign off approvals from production directors.
- Data enter production counts into Technique and management production reports.
- Assist with temp entry and processing at entry as necessary.
- Assist with data entry and form printing as necessary.
- Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Training as required by OSHA regulations. Operation of company computer system.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good mathematical aptitude
- Positive work ethic
- Team player
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
