The major function of this position is:
Enter into the computer accurately and quickly the daily sunglasses returned for repair and credit.
The principle responsibilities and duties of this position are:
- Accurately and efficiently process entries into SAP and route to the correct department.
- Maintain an average of 16.5 entries per hour.
- Assist Repair Technicians and Customer Service with locating packages and communicating special requests.
- Contact customers or shipping agents when incomplete information is provided or packages are received damaged.
Other Duties:
- Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Desired Qualifications
As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:
- High School graduate, with 1-3 years Data Entry experience.
In lieu of education, the following equivalent experience is preferred:
- 4-5 years of customer service with Data Entry experience.
Listed below are the particular skills preferred for this position:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Typing – 45 w.p.m.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.
