Our client in Wood Dale IL is sourcing for a Temp to Hire Candidate for 1st shift
Job Description for Data Entry Clerk/Account Executive Open position:
Organization, Typing, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Decision Making, Independence, Analyzing Information, customer service and answer phone when needs, Multitask person and good in Math, etc.
. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities.
· Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
· Preparing shipping documents packing list, invoices, bill of lading, labels and variety of documents including spreadsheet, Invoices, packing list Bill of lading, experience preparing letters, etc.
· Routing customers orders, receiving confirmation and Scheduling carrier to ship order according to each customer, Collect or Prepaid.
· Follow emails, utilizing software programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel,Oracle NetSuite
· Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
· Contact carriers working in getting quote for each shipment and confirming and scheduling appt to pick up orders.
· Tracking all shipment, to make sure carrier deliver shipment on time, get POD as soon as available.
· filing claims, with broker if shipment deliver damage and/or short, providing documents requirement as POD’s, PL Etc.
· Good in math, ability to learn different customer web systems to route customer PO’s
· Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Helping with in backing up personnel from our dept. as needed.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in Oracle NetSuite
· Some college in business or accounting a plus
· Good understanding in Math
· Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, word, outlook & power point)
· Ability to follow steps and detailed instructions accurately
· Excellent time management skills
· Position Temp to permanent
· Working hours Monday to Thursday from 7:30am thru 4:00pm & Friday from 7:30am to 2:00pm – NO Overtime , unless approved by management.
· Dress Code, office semi-formal dress Monday thru Thursday, (casual dress/jeans) on Friday only.
· Spanish /English prefer
· Salary: $22.00/$23.00 per hour - depending of experience
