Data Entry Validation Clerk (Temporary)

What is my day to day like?

Provide validation and Data Entry updates to our Paper Product Specification Library within SAP. This role works closely with our New Product Development Project Management team to ensure the data transfer is accurate and delivered within a timely fashion. The typical day-to-day of this position will include but is not limited to:

• Review large volume of Microsoft Excel files and compare data within SAP.
• Compare data, if the data is missing or inaccurate; provide manual Data Entry correction and validation for the specification of the Paper Product as needed.
• Identify and implement improvements in the Data Entry & validation process to improve reliability and speed to complete. This includes, but not limited to use of macros, VBA, creative process refinements, etc.
• Work in accordance with all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety, quality, product safety and legality, security, and regulatory compliance as applicable.

What makes a person successful in this position.

• Must have strong attention to detail and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Previous SAP experience a plus
• The ability to follow SOPs or work instructions

What will my schedule be like?

This is a temporary position scheduled for 40 hours a week, working onsite.
