We are seeking friendly and outgoing people to work in the Golf Shop at Heritage Oaks Golf Club and Anetsberger Golf Course. You should have exceptional customer service skills and be able to help guests with tee time check-in, reservations, and merchandise transaction sales.
Wage & Shift Information
This seasonal position is approximately 15-20 hours of work per week including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will vary based on the needs of the District.

Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain the day-to-day operations of the Golf Shop, which includes checking in golfers; assisting guests with the selection and purchase of merchandise; following cash handling procedures; answering telephone calls; making guest reservations and helping customers with program registration. Assist with inventory and display of merchandise as well as tasks assigned by supervisor.

An interest in and some knowledge of golf is required. Must have working proficiency in the use of a computer. Point-of-sale software experience preferred. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
