Payroll Specialist III

Hybrid position
· Process the monthly payroll of all employees, including their salary, overtime payments, deductions, and bonuses.
· Collect and review timekeeping and attendance records using the latest time management software.
· Prepare annual payroll reports to assess the reliability and efficiency of the payroll system.
· Ensure tax filings by setting up state tax IDs for the entire organization.
· Maintain a repository of all the essential documents like direct deposit documentation and systems data.
· Conduct training sessions on the use of time and attendance tracking systems.
· Facilitate accurate and timely salary disbursement by overseeing payroll functions, from payroll entry and calculations to reviewing payroll policies.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficiency of the entire payroll processing system.
· Support employees throughout their entire payroll lifecycle.
· Act as a payroll advisor to the other departments.
· Assist in improving the overall planning and control of the payroll department.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
