LHH is seeking a Payroll Specialist Analyst for our client in San Francisco, CA. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will deliver payroll services to clients. Read below to find out more about this opportunity and apply now if you are interested!
Responsibilities:
· Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees across multiple entities
· Verify & calculate employee hours, respond to employee inquiries, and resolve issues
· Audit, calculate and process bonus requests, reimbursements, PTO, insurance payments, & 401k deductions
· Update payroll data with information from HR including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations, & employee deductions
· Maintain confidentiality with all personal employee data
· Provide excellent customer service for employees and vendors
· Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local wage & tax laws
· Provide reports for all payroll data
· File new state EINs and resolve any agency notices
· Collaborate with other departments on a routine basis
· Implement new entities and clients into ADP platform
· Collaborate with third-party payroll processor to audit payroll prior to submitting payroll
Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
· At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing
· Experience with ADP Workforce Now, required
· Knowledge of federal and CA & NY state and local payroll tax regulations
· Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
