SalaryThe Payroll Coordinatoris responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing for 300+ employees for defined geographies, clients, or industries. This on-site position works directly with leadership and ABM employees to manage payroll processing errors, utilizes payroll software programs to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing, and stays current on payroll practices and legal regulations.
Annual Salary: $50,000.00-60,000.00 US Dollars
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Essential Functions:
Assist with weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly processing tasks, including data entry, processing, and verification.
- Accurately enter all payroll-related data necessary to process and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable processing payroll for 300+ employees
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related issues.
- Assist supervisor and manager with special projects as requested.
- Strong customer service skills and patience, and provide sound direction when supporting all employees, HR, and Mgt teams.
- Maintain proper filing systems.
- General copying, filing, and mailing.
- Pick up and distribute mail and faxes.
- Experience working with payroll systems. (currently use EPay BlueForce 7 system)
- Must be flexible with work schedule.
- 3-7 years of working experience in a payroll position Bilingual is highly preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
