Job Description
As a Payroll Specialist at Mystic Valley Management, your role is pivotal. You'll manage end-to-end weekly payroll processes, maintain strict compliance, and uphold impeccable records, guaranteeing accurate, on-time payments to our Dunkin' Donuts team.
- Weekly Payroll Processing: Execute flawless weekly payroll runs for all Dunkin' Donuts employees, including store staff, managers, and support personnel.
Data Management: Maintain pristine employee payroll records, including tax details, deductions, and time and attendance records.
Payroll Reconciliation: Resolve discrepancies swiftly through thorough weekly payroll account reconciliation.
Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly payroll reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Communication: Professionally address Dunkin' Donuts employee payroll queries and promptly resolve issues.
Compliance: Stay updated on weekly payroll tax regulations (federal, state, local) and ensure total adherence.
Qualifications:
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
- Self-motivated, capable of being independent and teamwork.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Previous Admin / Office Experience
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Preferred: Previous payroll experience.
- Preferred: Experience with QuickBooks.
