We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
**Responsibilities:**- Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees- Calculate and issue pay and benefits- Process payroll by established deadlines- Address employee questions regarding payroll- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
**Requirements:**- Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role- Familiarity with payroll software and systems- Strong mathematical and analytical skills- Excellent attention to detail- Knowledge of labor legislation- Confidentiality and integrity
