Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime
- Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation
- Generate payroll reports for management as needed
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in payroll processing or related field
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
-Phone etiquette
-Punctuality and attendance expected
