A prestigious global media company is seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Workday HR Benefits and Compliance Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of benefits administration and Compliance requirements.
This is a hybrid, temp to perm role, Pay Rate is $36/hr, Hours are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
Must be able to work onsite at our headquarters in Manhattan 2 days a week.
Requirements :
Minimum 4 years of experience in benefits administration, HR compliance, HRIS administration needed.
Must have general HR experience with strong administration of benefits programs and Compliance of relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
Experience with Workday and benefits administration platforms
Maintain accurate records of benefits enrollment, changes and terminations in Workday system
Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR compliance
