Acara Solutions is seeking a Payroll Admin to support our customers aviation production business.
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Shift: 8am to 5pm M-F
100% Onsite
POSITION SUMMARY
The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support for the Human Resources Department, with a heavy emphasis on supporting HR-related Compliance programs, and any other duties as assigned.
This position will be responsible for maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive employee and company information.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides daily support to the Human Resources Business Partner "HRBP" and/or the Designated Employer Representative "DER" as it relates to the Drug Abatement Program; includes following up with vendors/employers, and confirming correct paperwork is submitted and or received in an accurate and timely manner.
- Position will include heavy filing, faxing, copying, and coordination of personnel file(s) and/or any other HR-related documentation.
- Provides support to ensure personnel are compliant with completing the required trainings; and follow up timely where/when appropriate.
- Provides support with the onboarding process by helping support the Internal Company and SIDA issued badge process; also supports the compliance requirements and tracking of all badges.
- Supports HRBP with any workshops and onsite program(s), as needed.
- Supports HRBP with the delivery of any HR-related training program communications and/or invitations.
- Provides any trouble-shooting support as related to any HR-related issues/topics.
- Supports and provides all requested HR-related business reporting.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must have ADP Workforce Now experience including payroll
- Minimum of 2 year of filing/data entry experience
