Working as a Payroll Administrator, you will be helping to provide full-cycle payroll processing for multiple dealerships and entities. The ideal candidate would have prior payroll experience in the automotive industry.

Payroll Administrator Essential Duties
- Processing full-cycle, high-volume, multi-state payroll(s)
- Verification of commission calculations
- Processing verifications of employment
- Worker’s compensation reporting
- Posting journal entries
- Account Reconciliations
- Assist employees with payroll-related questions
- Other duties and accounting projects as needed

Payroll Administrator Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume payroll experience (automotive experience preferred but not required)
- Accounting experience
- Proficient with Excel
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional customer service
- Positive & outgoing demeanor
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not included in the screening.
