We are looking for Contract Overtime/Payroll Administrators to join Kaiser Aluminum Warrick Operations in Newburgh, Indiana!
Job responsibilities
- Manage daily overtime needs and attendance tracking for assigned area
- Oversee and administer union employees hours into payroll system.
- Investigate and correct errors in an expedited manner
- Work closely with areas supervisors to ensure that area staffing needs are met
- Manage a large volume of phone calls and email correspondence
- Assist colleagues as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment on problem solving activities
- MS Office experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of payroll rules in a Union environment is a big plus
- Acceptable to a Contract Position
