Patient Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Scan patient documents and organize them appropriately
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate with insurance companies as needed
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft/Office 365, including Excel and Word
• Willingness to learn new computer programs
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
