Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Scan patient documents and organize them appropriately
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate with insurance companies as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft/Office 365, including Excel and Word
- Willingness to learn new computer programs
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
