SalaryCornwall Medical Center, home to Mt. Shuksan Family Medicine and Dermatology, Advanced Sports Chiropractic and Massage and Align Chiropractic and Massage. We're a busy, privately-owned clinic, in the heart of Bellingham, WA., offering primary, chiropractic and massage services.
We are looking to hire someone that is nimble and has a can do attitude to join our amazing team and support our Billing and Patient Services departments.
Billing Department: 15 - 20 hours per week
Patient Services Department: 10 - 15 hours per week
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Review claims for submission
- Assist with claim denials
- Writing and sending appeals
- Claim denial tracking and corrections follow-up
- Greeting patients
- Checking patients in and out
- Appointment scheduling
- Inbound and outbound phone calls and voicemail response
- Email and fax correspondence
- Scanning documents
- Collect payments
- General chart/appointment preparation

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
