What would you do? - The Specifics
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Scheduling and registering patients for multiple providers
- Managing patient charts to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Assisting with insurance billing and collection
- Collecting and verifying insurance for benefits and eligibility
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere
