What are the position responsibilities:
Anything and everything that creates an amazing patient experience and supports their healing and health journey.
That includes:
Know EVERY patient’s name. We know our patient’s names because they are in our family.
Administration duties
Manage vendors and ensure timely delivery of supplies
Answering phones & managing patient schedules/appointments
Knowing patient script—for phone calls, payment collection, etc
Executing internal and external events: décor, flyers, signing up patients
Personal Injury case management: submission/collection
Coordinate training and development programs for the team
Random errands
-This position is hourly for 35-40 hours a week (some weeks with workshops and events will be more)
-Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-1:30pm, 2:30pm-6:45pm
-Tuesday & Thursday 2:30pm-9:00pm
-Friday 7:00am-1:30pm
Some weekend availability to work large events/festivals around town to serve the community
Some weekend travel for training seminars and personal growth & development (3-4 times a year and they’re SUPER awesome)
Compensation is $19-23
