Position Details:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with benefits, paid time off, discounts on products/services, and bonuses.
- The clinic is fast-paced, and our patient volume continues to increase as our services expand and more patients return to in-person visits.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Office reception duties including answering phones, scheduling office visits, and checking patients in and out for appointments.
- Tracking and reporting calls in a tracking spreadsheet.
- Managing patient flow in the front office and treatment rooms.
- Sales of supplements and treatment packages.
- Keeping the office tidy and organized.
- Helping maintain supplies of supplements, test kits, office supplies, and medical supplies.
- Identifying gaps in patient service or office flow and suggesting improvements proactively.
Qualifications:
- Excited to work with kind, compassionate doctors who genuinely care about staff and patients.
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate through cloud-based apps and troubleshoot basic hardware issues.
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office, preferably in private practice, or experience in fitness, wellness, sales, or a customer-facing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Experience with medical software and electronic medical records desired.
- Impeccable record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Excellent multitasking and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable with MS Office suite (Word, Excel), Mac OS, printers/scanners.
