SalaryWe are a dynamic two doctor practice looking for a friendly, warm, and professional Administrative Assistant to join our winning Front Desk Team. Our docs are proud recipients of “Top Dentists” awards in Washingtonian Magazine, Virginia Living, and Northern Virginia Magazine.
Our Admin Team members are experts in patient service, managing busy schedules, verifying insurance, managing claims and billing. They work as a team to make sure daily tasks are completed. This position requires multi-tasking and accuracy with numbers. Dental insurance billing experience is a BIG plus. If you are an energetic self-starter who appreciates structure and a fast pace with goals, then you are in the right place.
Top pay requires significant front desk dental insurance billing experience. Position is full-time with a great benefit package including bonuses based on performance, health insurance, PTO and vacation, paid holidays, dental benefits, 401K with generous match and corporate disability insurance. Monday through Friday hours and one, half Saturday/month. Starting pay correlates to relevant experience, ranging from $20-23/hour. Commuters please note: Maryland, Woodbridge, Warrenton, Arlington, Falls Church and Alexandria are too far from this location and cannot be considered.
