Piedmont Pediatrics is a closely owned, independent pediatric practice striving to provide personalized, comprehensive, and family-oriented care.
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), to join our team in a position that rotates between our clinical (direct Patient Care) and administrative (patient registration and scheduling) teams. Applicants should love working with children, be caring, enthusiastic, responsible, and enjoy fast paced, team-oriented work. Everyone in our work family is expected to have an optimistic, warm and caring attitude, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a desire to serve patients and families.
Our office cares for patients from birth through the college years, is an established user of electronic medical records (EMR), and strives to foster a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere. We are open seven days a week with Saturday and Sunday worked on a rotational basis, about every 5-6 weeks. We have offices in both Charlottesville and Crozet. Please let us know if you have a preference to work weekends!
The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, experience as a CNA, CMA or EMT, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, familiarity using an electronic medical records system,and communicates effectively on the phone and via messaging.
Parking is free and adjacent to the office.
Hourly wage differential is paid for weekend work.
