Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm and hospitable welcome to arriving patients, fostering a comfortable environment.
• Streamline patient check-ins with precision, verifying data accuracy and securing required documentation promptly.
• Collect copays and outstanding balances in accordance with established payment protocols, ensuring adherence to policy.
• Employ AI technology to optimize patient interactions, heightening overall satisfaction and efficiency.
• Coordinate seamlessly with medical personnel to uphold smooth patient flow, minimizing wait times.
• Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up arrangements meticulously, maintaining an orderly calendar.
• Offer guidance to patients completing necessary paperwork, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Field incoming calls, promptly addressing inquiries or routing them to appropriate staff members.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance while maintaining patient records.
• Liaise with billing specialists to resolve any payment or insurance-related concerns.
• Contribute to a pristine reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Stay abreast of podiatry advancements and industry trends, providing informed assistance to patients and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration or a related field is advantageous.
• Demonstrated track record in a similar capacity, preferably within a healthcare or medical environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication proficiencies, adept at fostering connections with patients through empathy.
• Meticulous attention to detail paired with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including AI systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing duties in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintains a consistently positive and professional demeanor, even when faced with challenges.
• Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures is considered a valuable asset.

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
