Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing

Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical or optometry office setting preferred
