Patient Care Coordinator

A premier cosmetic and reconstructive surgery practice in Beverly Hills, California, that specializes in delivering personalized solutions and exceptional care to patients is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Patient Care Assistant to join their dynamic team.

What You'll Do

• Will serve as assistant to Senior Patient Care Coordinator (with patient follow-up, scheduling surgeries/treatments)
• Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone
• Answers multiple phone lines
• Replies to patient questions/concerns via text (Google, Voice #)
• Schedules follow-up appointments in person or by telephone & performs front office duties
• Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival; brings patients back to the room & taking photos, assists with checking patients out
• Scans and files documents (overseeing front desk area)
• Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes & maintaining a clean working environment
• Contributes to team effort by working together towards common clinic goals.
• Day-to-day office tasks
• Patient Follow up
• Does insurance verifications from time to time

What You Need

• 1 – 2 years of experience in a medical office
• Must have experience in Plastic Surgery Clinics or Premium Medical Facilities
• Handle multiple tasks seamlessly in our fast-paced environment, where efficiency is key to success.
• Telephone Skills – Must be able to use a multi-phone line system.
• Customer Service & Professionalism in person and on the phone
• Take charge of your workload with precision and punctuality, demonstrating excellent time management.
• Leave no detail overlooked as you maintain meticulous organization and attention to detail in all your tasks.

Salary & Benefits

• The position is immediately available.
• On-Site - Beverly Hills, CA 90211.
• Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am - 5 pm, Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
• Paid sick and paid vacation (2 weeks)
