Responsibilities:
- Arcus Health Services seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate with customer service experience to be a Case Coordinator in our home care agency. The case coordinator will handle incoming calls from clients and aides. They will be responsible for developing a relationship with each client and home health aides and problem-solving customer service issues. They will oversee the client's care and match home health aides with our clients. You will work closely with the HR rep, RN, and the Intake coordinator.

Essential Functions
- Communicate with clients and aides and accommodate requests
- Problem solve and troubleshoot issues with HHA
- Coordinate care with client, HHA (home health aide), and RN
- Assign and Schedule appropriate HHAs that match our clients’ needs
- Maintain staffing needs
- On call as needed
- Help grow caseloads
Qualifications
- Experience in home health industry preferred
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Must be computer literate
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
