Patient Care Coordinator/Office Administrative Clerk- Men's Clinic

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Patient Care coordinator/Administrative Clerk who wants to join a professional and fun team. Our patients require staff members who can handle this sensitive issue and subject matter with ease.

General day-to-day responsibilities:

• Efficiently organizes the schedule for new and current patients
• Greets patients with an excellent attitude
• Answers phone calls and responds to messages
• Collects proper paperwork, signatures, and vitals from new patients
• Registers new patients and updates existing patient information
• Ensures all patient rooms are clean and stocked before patient arrival
• Successfully processes all accepted forms of payment
• Prepare packages for mailing
• Data input of lab work and patient treatment information

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication with a pleasant phone manner and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Problem-solving and critical thinking techniques
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and/or previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical office setting is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
