Patient Care Coordinator

A little bit about the position:

The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of our patient's surgical experience including patient education, surgery scheduling and financial estimates.

What you can expect in the role:

• Conducting phone and face-to-face cosmetic surgery consultations.
• Responding and following up on patient inquiries via email or phone.
• Scheduling surgeries.
• Checking on patient paperwork, confirming consent forms are signed.
• Giving patient quotes.
• Confirming surgery coverage with Anesthesiologist.
• Tracking patient consultations.
• Collecting surgery payments.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Plastic surgery or dermatology experience is a plus.
• 2 years working in a medical office environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
