Job Mission: Maintains Pre-Collection and Collection accounts; monitors acknowledgements, prepares reports, works with Collection Agencies
Requires: High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
Occupational Experience: Experience with healthcare insurance, Collection Agencies, Fair Debt Collection Act
Specialty Knowledge Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of medical office terminology. Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry skills.
