AddressUnder general supervision, observes patient processing in order to expedite x-ray services for patients, such as executive, having appointments in the Radiology Department. Greets patients and families to establish rapport between the hospital, patient, family, and radiology staff; and monitors radiological examinations through to completion. Performs other related duties as required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent. Previous experience in patient care position preferred. Knowledge of basic medical terminology, Radiology Information Systems and HFHS Information system functions preferred. Telephone usage and principles of filing required.
