Payment Processing Specialist

SUMMARY:

This position processes and records payments, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily processing of AR Cash Receipts
• Process credit card payments
• Investigation of any unmatched or adjusted cash receipts in a timely manner
• Ensure all incoming payments are received and processed.
• Maintain precise record of all incoming payments
• Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
• Other duties and projects required by Controller.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Organized, analytical, detail-oriented individual with advanced problem solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in navigating Window Explorer
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to keep data confidential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
