Responsibilities
- Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments, invoices, and stock orders daily
- Deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores and vendors
- Control daily watch on customers
- Call parts by notifying customer or advisor
- Assist on all returns
- Assist warranty administrator with all warranty claims to be returned
- Operate a forklift according to OSHA standards
- Post weights and shipping charges
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejecting an damaged items, record shortages and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- Keep manager informed of all problems and stock requirements
Qualifications
- Parts experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Ability to interpret information
- Basic Knowledge of parts and manufacturer ordering guidelines
- Ability to use Parts Department Computer and the Reynolds and Reynolds system
Hours Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
