Three Bears Alaska is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting company operations by performing account functions, maintaining office systems, and administratively supporting the Store Manager. This position is responsible for maintaining office services and efficiency, including organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, performing clerical duties and facilitating a supportive housing framework.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong retail financial understanding
- Strong problem solving, teaching, and time management skills
- At ease in the use of computers including e-mail. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word. Ability to learn and master multiple business software programs and platforms. Basic to intermediate math skills are a must.
Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of accounting, accounts receivable, clerical, and cash management.
- Experience using accounting/ERP software.
