Who we're looking for
Toyota's Los Angeles Region is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Parts and Service eCommerce Field Manager.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide Toyota dealerships in Southern California with information & support on how digital marketing and retail solutions provide an inspiring and innovative retail experience for the customer and dealership personnel alike.
Reporting to the Parts and Service Marketing Manager, the person in this role will support the regional objective to increase Parts and Service sales through an efficient retail experience (online or in-store) that builds trust with our customers.

The annual base salary range for this position is
$80,100.00 - $130,100.00

Reporting to the Parts and Service Marketing Manager, the person in this role will support the regional objective to increase Parts and Service sales through an efficient retail experience (online or in-store) that builds trust with our customers.
What you will be doing
SmartPath Service:
- Work with the Parts and Service Marketing Manager to develop and implement a SmartPath Service launch and sustainment strategy.
- Work with the DSPM team and approved service providers to demo, schedule, and contract interested SmartPath Service Toyota dealerships.
- Act as the SmartPath Service SME with insight to answer questions, troubleshoot and share solutions with Region Field Travelers and Dealership Management.
- Support SmartPath Service dealership onboarding and launch activities.
- In conjunction with the DSPM team and authorized service providers, sustain existing SmartPath Service dealerships by identifying critical business metrics to measure the overall success and dealer adoption of SmartPath Service.
- Manage and maintain the Toyota SmartPath Service launch and sustainment calendar for the Los Angeles Region. This will include communication with region management, TMNA, and approved service providers.
Parts & Service Marketing:
- Work with the Parts and Service Marketing Manager to develop and implement an eCommerce marketing strategy.
- Oversee vendor relations responsible for the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns which encompasses SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Platforms include Owner Communication Program, Parts and Service SEM, DS Plus Tier3 Marketing, Toyota Parts Center Online, and Toyota Wholesale Toolbox.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to monitor and report on eCommerce performance, tracking revenue growth, key performance indicators, and customer behavior.
- Develop strategies to improve Service Connect conversions.
What you bring
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive Parts and Service industry, including trends and product knowledge.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate up to senior management professionals.
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
- Understanding of customer behavior and online shopping trends.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, overnight weekday trips are common.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position.
Added bonus if you have
- Previous experience in eCommerce, automotive parts, or a related industry, with a track record of successful sales and team management.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
- Previous OEM field traveler experience
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance in the automotive industry.
