Shores Wellness Solutions is seeking 1 dedicated and self-motivated Practitioner's Assistant/Front Desk Receptionists to join our busy wellness center. As a Practitioner's Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our practitioners in delivering exceptional care to our valued patients. At the front desk you will be greeting patients answering phones and helping make each person feel welcome.

About Us: At Shores Wellness Solutions, we focus on a holistic approach to well-being, combining whole food supplements, vitamins herbs and essential oils, chiropractic care, thermography, and heart sound recorder readings. Our patients' health is our top priority, and we are committed to providing them with the best possible care.

Position: Practitioner's Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist - Hours: 15 hours per week Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday - Hours: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM & Wednesday 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient testing under the guidance of our practitioners
• Assist in the preparation of supplements and patient reports
• Manage phone calls, patient scheduling, and check-ins/outs
• Familiarize yourself with whole food supplements and essential oils
• Organize and maintain patient files with great attention to detail
• Typing up reports and managing administrative tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service and make patients feel welcome
• Stock inventory and assemble supplement orders
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and adapt quickly to new technologies
