DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for an experienced and skilled Enterprise Cohesity Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Cohesity Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Cohesity solutions for our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for understanding clients' business requirements, translating them into robust Cohesity architectures, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Cohesity technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. In addition to client focused activities, ideal candidate will contribute to crafting solutions to meet overall Infrastructure practice goals.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and data management needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing IT infrastructure to identify opportunities for Cohesity integration.
- Develop comprehensive Cohesity architectures tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
- Lead the implementation of Cohesity solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Configure and optimize Cohesity features, such as backup and recovery, data deduplication, and data protection.
- Work closely with internal and external cross-functional teams, including system administrators, network engineers, and security experts, to ensure cohesive implementation and troubleshooting.
- Create detailed documentation of Cohesity architectures, configurations, and procedures.
- Provide training sessions for internal teams and clients on Cohesity best practices.
- Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance of Cohesity environments.
- Proactively identify areas for optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide timely and effective support for Cohesity-related issues.
- Collaborate with Cohesity support teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of experience with backup and recovery solutions in enterprise environments.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Cohesity Architect in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience as a Cohesity Architect in enterprise environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Cohesity technologies, including backup and recovery, data management, and storage.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration with Cohesity solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications in Cohesity and other related technologies are a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, organizational, presentation, product demonstration, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated client-focus solutions provider excelling at understanding customer needs and translating those needs to solutions
