Part-Time Paralegal/Law Office Coordinator

Johnston Law Firm, a boutique law firm in Montclair with a pleasant office environment, is seeking a part-time Paralegal/Office Coordinator for about 25 hours per week. The firm serves as outside counsel to many New Jersey charter schools, and represents private employers in labor and employment matters. Duties include preparation of legal documents and filings, and regular correspondence with attorneys. Office tasks will entail preparation of monthly billing/invoices, file and project management, appointment scheduling, office supply management and overall coordination of office procedures. Legal industry background is preferred, but not necessary. The ideal candidate will be organized, pro-active, personable, have strong MSWord and Adobe skills and experience with Google Drive cloud storage. Remote work one day per week permitted.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.98 - $25.26 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
