The Peterson School of Woburn is looking for a dynamic, outgoing, experienced Office Administrator. Effective communication skills are necessary as you will be interacting with Students, Faculty and Administration. The ability to work independently, problem-solve, and attention to detail is key. You will be overseeing information requests from students, performing administrative functions, and maintaining student records. Training will be provided so that you learn and understand the State License Requirements for each trade that we teach. The position is permanent Part Time 3-4 days/per week 3:30pm – 6:30pm,
Fridays, 9am -1pm (as needed) and occasional Saturday mornings. Additional hours as needed for Training. We will assist you in approval by our licensing agency which includes a Cori/Sori background check.

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
