Part Time Med Spa Receptionist/Sales Professional

Our Receptionists are our main customer service representatives through both face-to-face and phone interaction with clients. As the liaison between our clients and our certified Providers, our Receptionists schedule appointments. Most importantly this position will entail selling memberships and up selling services, retail and gift cards to our clients. You must have a passion for people, a gift to gab and be a fast learner, with a positive attitude! ***HUGE position growth opportunity into a Lead Receptionist, Assistant Manager or Spa Manager.

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Meet membership, retail & gift card sales goals monthly
• Communicate service options with clients
• Schedule/confirm appointments and balance the daily appointment book
• Welcome, greet and check in/out clients before/after their appointment
• Learn about our products and services for effective, clear communication
• Execute the daily operational tasks, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by Management
• Communicate with Providers to maximize the appointment book
• Computer data entry

Position Requirements:

• Sales experience in retail or spa settings with proven results; membership sales is a plus
• Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A fast learner, with a positive attitude; remain calm in a fast pace environment
• Computer proficiency knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plus
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Exceptional with organizing and prioritizing; attention to detail and multi tasking
• Critical thinking sales, including customer conflict resolution
• Have reliable transportation to and from work

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
