Spa Coordinator/Receptionist

Please DO NOT apply UNLESS you have at least ONE of the following:

- Related License/Certification in the industry (Cosmetology, Esthetics, Nail, Massage, etc)

OR

- Experience in the Spa/Salon Industry

OR

-Experience with Booker or Mindbody software

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome spa clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system
- Provide information to clients about spa services, packages, and promotions
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate spa treatments based on their needs and preferences
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth operation of daily activities
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of retail products

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to sell products or services effectively
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in jewelry, wireless, electronics, or related industries
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
