Receptionist/Assistant

```Overview```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings

```Skills```
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Strong file management skills to maintain organized records
- Experience in project coordination to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Accurate and efficient order entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management and collaboration
- Strong clerical skills for data entry and document processing
- Ability to provide professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients or customers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.69 - $17.00 per hour
